OUR MISSION
Our mission is to provide opportunities for youth across our community by removing barriers to participation in sports. We offer access to coaching, training, free clinics at neighborhood recreation centers, and financial assistance for fees associated with athletic programs.
Our goal is to help kids learn the game, use it to pursue higher education, or simply discover a new passion in a safe and supportive environment.
This nonprofit was founded out of a deep love for the game of volleyball and a desire to make it accessible for all. Whether a child dreams of playing in college or just wants to try something new, we want to provide them with a place to grow, compete and thrive.

Antwain Aguillard
Antwain is a Vegas standout that excelled at Long Beach St. as a Middle Blocker & then played 7 seasons professionally overseas. He WAS RECENTLY AN ASSISTANT COACH for THE U20 Men's National Team but now has started his own team, "ESA Elite," serving both boys and girls starting Fall 2025.

Nadine is the Founding Partner at Morton Law Firm, where she specializes in land development & the legal and business aspects of sports.

Joseph Franchino
JOSEPH brings more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience to the team. currently serving as General Manager at Jardin in Wynn Las Vegas, HE IS COMMITTED TO Excellence, strong team leadership, and guest satisfaction. His extensive background in restaurant operations, staff development and service execution make him a valuable asset to our mission.
